0.0.17 标准库

该版包含 string、array、object、json、fs、time、config、http、pg、redis、mysql、bytes、net 以及 lexer/parser 调试模块。数据库、bytes 和 net 使用 native C；各接口以该标签的实现为准。

下面使用该版 json.stringify / json.parse 接口，不套用后续版本文档。
